13 Analog–to–Digital Converter
A general purpose analog-to-digital converter (GPADC) provides measurements of various voltages, currents and
temperatureswithinthedevice.Thereisone10-bitADCwhichistime-divisionmultiplexedtoperformthemeasurements
ofthevariousparameters.TheGPADCcontainsthe10-bitADC,theanaloginputchannelmultiplexerandsomeadditional
analogfunctions.
